The itinerary was very well planned, with a great balance of activities, cultural experiences, and local food. The food selections were especially interesting and gave us the opportunity to try things we would not have discovered on our own. A special thank you to Johnnie, who was an extremely responsible and engaging tour guide. He shared many fascinating insights about daily life as a local and made every stop much more meaningful. His enthusiasm and knowledge kept the group interested throughout the tour. He also took excellent care of everyone, ensuring that we were comfortable and well looked after at all times. As always, Chan Brother never fails to amaze us with their well-organized tours and attention to detail. This was another memorable experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable and enriching trip.”

“I joined the 06CN10RH11/26CA tour to Hulunbeier Mohe Artic Village. We had a worrisome 30 minutes flight delay at the very beginning as our planned flight connection is only 2 hours (now left with only 1.5 hours) at Beijing International Airport to Domestic Airport. Fortunately with the cooperation of all 24 travel mates and a very competent Tour Leader Ms Jess, we boarded the connecting flight to Harbin just on time. Jess communicated with the Beijing Immigration and Security on separate occasions to get us on fast track all the way. I love the endless Hulunbuir grassland and blue sky , the sight of beautiful red-crowned crane, and the vast Erguna Wetland. Everything was well coordinated by Jess and goes smoothly. Our tour guide Ms Liu Chui Chui explained well with clear voice and very knowledgeable. Of course I love the variety of local delicacies, such as Iron Pot Stew at Mohe and Underground Pits Roast Chicken and pork at Artic Village, especially seeing the cooking process. Thank you Jess, Chui Chui and all the group members for making the 10 days travel by Chan Brothers a memorable and enjoyable one.”

“Booking number: T0449796CR CTBC membership number: 2605484238K Tour leader: Henry Tour guide: Tony I recently joined the 17D15N Alaska & Canada Rockies Cruise Tour with Chan Brothers, and it was truly one of the best tour experiences I’ve had. Our Canada Rockies tour guide, Tony, was exceptionally knowledgeable and detailed throughout the trip. He provided fascinating insights into every scenic attraction we visited, making each destination even more meaningful. The itinerary was very well-paced, with plenty of opportunities for sightseeing and photo stops without ever feeling rushed. A special mention to our tour leader, Henry, who ensure everyone was well taken care of. He provided detailed daily updates, kept the group informed at all times. One thoughtful touch was that he pre-booked all our cruise dinners in advance, saving the group from having to queue daily and allowing us to fully enjoy the cruise experience. As a first-time traveler with Chan Brothers, I am thoroughly impressed. The hotels, meals, cruise package, and overall arrangements were excellent and offered great value for money. Everything was seamlessly coordinated, making the trip stress-free and enjoyable from start to finish. Thank you, Tony and Henry, for making this an unforgettable journey. I would highly recommend this tour and look forward to traveling with Chan Brothers again!”

“Booking Number: T0450709LHE Tour Code: 05NZ12T 21/26SQT CBTC Membership: 2601192341Y Tour Manager: Cynthia Cheong Tour Bus Captains: Dylan (South Island) & Ian (North Island) This was the first time my wife and I joined a group tour, and we were blown away by the experience. We would like to express our gratitude to Cynthia for taking such excellent care of the group and ensuring our New Zealand holiday was seamless and enjoyable. We also highly appreciate our bus captains, Dylan (Christchurch) and Ian (Auckland), for their safe driving and informative commentary. The breathtaking landscapes, particularly across the South and North Islands, were the absolute highlights of our trip. Every moment was unforgettable—from the stunning alpine views aboard the TranzAlpine Train and marveling at the Punakaiki coastline and Franz Josef Glacier, to exploring the charm of Queenstown. Witnessing the geothermal wonders at Te Puia and Te Whakarewarewa in Rotorua, capped off with the traditional Hāngī dinner and Māori performance, made for an incredible cultural experience. Walking among the giants on the Redwoods Treewalk was equally magical. Cynthia is an exceptionally professional, competent, and caring tour manager. She consistently followed up after every check-in to ensure our rooms were satisfactory. Her excellent recommendations for local shopping, snacks, and drinks were also greatly appreciated. Thank you, Cynthia, Chan Brothers, and our fellow tour members for an unforgettable journey !”
